ESCMT (École Supérieure Coévolution Management & Technologies), based in Paris, has officially signed an exclusive European market partnership agreement with IOTEK, a leading AI and IT education provider from China. This strategic collaboration marks a significant expansion of the two organizations’ cooperation—from France to the broader European region—aiming to accelerate the development of the Global AI Talent Program (GATP) and empower Europe’s rapidly growing AI talent ecosystem.

Strengthening Europe’s AI Talent Pipeline
By combining ESCMT’s extensive European educational network and institutional resources with IOTEK’s proven AI training systems and industry-driven curriculum, the partnership will address the accelerating demand for applied AI professionals across Europe.
ESCMT, as a subsidiary of CPMC Group in Paris, has long been integrated into the European education landscape. It maintains close cooperation with key EU institutions and chambers, and plays a central role in the UNESCO-affiliated CMA tlv OA certification system. This internationally recognized accreditation evaluates lifelong-learning institutions based on governance, equitable access, ethical standards, and social impact—ensuring high standards and global credibility for all joint programs.
Leveraging IOTEK’s Expertise in Applied AI Education
Founded in 2008, IOTEK has focused on IT, AI, IoT, and emerging technologies for more than 15 years. It has developed a full educational pipeline—from curriculum development to practical training and employment support—helping learners build strong, application-oriented AI capabilities aligned with real industry needs.
IOTEK’s hands-on approach emphasizes project-based learning, industry-aligned curriculum design, and collaboration with enterprises and universities, forming a robust and scalable AI education model.
A New Opportunity for Europe’s Digital Transformation
Europe is experiencing a growing shortage of AI specialists, as highlighted in the European Commission’s Digital Economy and Society Index. This talent gap presents a major opportunity for high-quality, practice-oriented AI training programs.
Through this partnership, IOTEK and ESCMT will jointly bring localized, industry-ready AI training to European learners, supporting talent development for both enterprises and public institutions.
Looking Ahead: Building a Global AI Learning Ecosystem
ESCMT and IOTEK will continue strengthening collaboration in curriculum co-development, faculty exchange, corporate partnerships, and international accreditation. Together, the two institutions aim to build a cross-border, cross-cultural AI learning ecosystem and deliver world-class educational solutions for Europe and beyond.
This strategic agreement represents a new milestone in the internationalization of China-Europe educational cooperation. Both institutions are committed to providing learners with high-quality AI education and supporting their career development in the global digital era.
